With the Easter weekend upon us, I thought it would be a good time to take a look at some interesting reading on the web and also to highlight some of the more popular recent articles here at Dividend Money.

The following are some links to recent finance carnivals that include a number of interesting and valuable articles. I always learn a few things from reading through these carnivals and I hope that you do as well. Enjoy!

Carnivals and Festivals

The Carnival of Money stories was hosted by Life Lessons of A Military Wife and she was kind enough to include my article on the lessons I learned in Real Estate Investing.

Jason Crews hosted the Money Hackers carnival for which I shared my article on reducing Student Loan debt.

The Carnival of Everything Finance was hosted at…where else but the Everything Finance Blog! I contributed my article outlining the benefits of setting up an automatic savings account.

Paid Twice hosted the Festival of Frugality which is one of my favorite carnivals and where I get a lot of money saving tips.

For those of you looking to get out of debt, take a spin through Ask Mr. Credit Card’s Debt Reduction Carnival and see if you can find a few strategies that fit your plan to get out of debt faster!

Dividend Money Round Up

Along with the articles that I submitted to the above group writing projects, I also want to highlight a few other recent posts.

I looked at investing in some Insurance companies instead of focusing on bank stocks during this market downturn.

I also told you about my 3 biggest investing mistakes, all of which happened to be with the same investment.

I’m still wondering if I should eliminate all of my debt, including my mortgage, with one move. The prospect of being completely debt free for life is very tempting!

I also showed you a strategy that details how you can save more money every month automatically.

My tax refund is still sitting in my savings account as I try to figure out the best way to use it.
